The REVERSEASY range is distributed by Sales Follow Up Systems. We are a distributor of innovative automotive products as well as a market leader in sourcing and supplying specialised business tools to dealers in the Australian automotive industry.
Once known as Automotive Protection Services, the company was founded in the mid-1970s by Alan Wharton and has been instrumental in bringing many ground-breaking products and ideas to the Australian marketplace. In 2000, Alan Wharton formally retired and the company is now run by his son, Greg Wharton.
The REVERSEASY line of camera and monitor systems and sensors is the latest innovative product range to be introduced to the Australian market by Sales Follow Up Systems.
Who is using REVERSEASY technology?
Recently, a number of installations have been carried out. These include:- Buses for government-funded organisations that transport clients with special needs. Such systems have not only had a camera installed for reversing safety, but have also included a camera for inside the cabin so that the driver can monitor the safety of the passengers.
- The Country Fire Authority's communications branch, which has recently fitted camera/monitor systems to 16 vehicles for added safety.
- A number of installations which have been carried out for people with physical mobility issues ? allowing them to see what is behind their vehicle without added strain on the back or neck.
- Caravan owners, who are now fitting twin-camera systems to their rigs. One camera is for the rear of the towing vehicle and the other is for the rear of the caravan.
- The same system, modified for horse floats, not only to aid safe reversing, but so that owners can see inside the float to assess how their valuable animals are travelling.
